Columbia Basin Hotsy / Hydrotek Northwest – About Us
Columbia Basin Hotsy began serving the needs of professionals who need to clean
equipment and other industrial applications in 2004. Also doing business as
Hydrotek Northwest, we carry a broad line of Hotsy, Hydrotek, and Karcher
Commercial pressure washers, automatic parts washers, replacement parts,
accessories, and detergents. We’ve expanded our product line to include GamaJet
tank and barrel cleaners, Firelake waste oil heaters and Water Maze industrial
waste water treatment equipment.
Jo Ann and Robert Rohner own and operate Columbia Basin Hotsy. Jo Ann has
been with Hotsy since 1999 where she began working in an accounting capacity.
Five years later, she moved to Washington State and started Columbia Basin Hotsy
with husband Robert, who was a Health Physics professional. Beginning as an
absolute start-up business, Jo Ann & Robert have grown the business into
what it is today, and bring their diverse backgrounds to offer a very high level
of customer service. Over the years, they have developed a keen sense of what
works and doesn’t work in various cleaning applications, and are willing to
share their knowledge with their customers.
